Basis Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization that creates learning and skills development opportunities for under-resourced youth and young adults. It develops and operates Basis Learning Centers that provide safe spaces with IT infrastructure, internet access, and computers for digital learning. The organization delivers eLearning
pathways and curriculum focused on digital literacy, Microsoft Office, email use, basic programming, spoken English, and arts-based learning. Through initiatives such as Project Bloom, it tailors programs to marginalized youth and women to support confidence, employability, and continued education. Basis Education Foundation also trains local mentors and teachers to deliver its online curriculum and incorporates career guidance and psychosocial support into its programs.
