Andrews Foundry develops Plano, a web-based workflow improvements log for operations, automation, and transformation teams. It uses this information, combined with run frequency and team assumptions, to estimate
hands-on time saved, annual hours saved, and full-time-equivalent impact. Plano then produces structured outputs such as ShareView links, executive PDFs, slide-ready images, and CSV exports that present improvement context, workflow comparisons, and stated assumptions. The platform includes an AI draft assistant that turns plain-English descriptions of improvements into editable before-and-after step drafts. Plano serves teams that need a consistent, auditable format to document workflow changes and report their impact to stakeholders.
