AMOS, the Audience Monetisation Operating System, is a B2B2C embedded rewards infrastructure that enables enterprises to monetise their customer bases in ways previously not possible. Large brands with loyal audiences, such as property developers, telcos, schools and utilities, open their customer ecosystems to third-party merchants. Customers earn
cashback when they spend with those merchants, but that cashback is redeemable only with the originating enterprise. Merchants acquire customers without ad spend. Enterprises generate revenue rather than fund loss-making loyalty programmes. The only losers are the ad platforms.
We coined this "Reverse Loyalty". For decades, loyalty schemes have rewarded customers for spending more with brands they already love through points, miles and discounts. AMOS flips that model. We reward customers for their everyday spend at businesses they are largely indifferent towards, and route that value back to the brands that genuinely matter to them. Our belief is simple: everything is important to someone. A parent earning cashback towards school fees will choose one restaurant over another. A homeowner funding service charges will route spending through a preferred merchant. That is not a coupon. It is a commercial relationship.
The result is a closed-loop payment and rewards system that turns loyalty from a cost to a profit centre. Enterprises pour millions each year into traditional loyalty programs in the hope of future behaviour change. AMOS generates direct, measurable revenue on every transaction because rewards are funded through the AMOS partner network, not the enterprise.
