Alderspring Ranch raises certified organic, 100% grass fed and finished beef on mountain pastures using regenerative ranching practices. The family operation manages its own cow-calf herd and summer range riders to graze cattle on diverse rangeland plants, while avoiding hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, pesticides, and synthetic chemicals. It sells
individual beef cuts, bulk sixteenths and quarters, and value-added items like beef sticks, hot dogs, and sausages. Alderspring also offers organic grass fed lamb, pastured pork, poultry, butter, and raw milk sheep cheese. Meats are dry-aged, processed at a small-scale plant, frozen, and shipped direct to consumers across the continental U.S. The ranch publishes cooking resources, a weekly newsletter, and a free course for other producers on direct-to-consumer shipping.
