Company Performance Metrics
AfriHub for Integrated Learning is a not-for-profit organization that links businesses with post-secondary institutions to expand work-integrated learning opportunities for young people in Africa. The organization focuses on bridging academic theory and workplace practice so students can build technical skills, workplace competencies, and digital
capabilities. Through its Work-integrated Learning Hub, it provides planning tools, employer readiness checklists, and impact calculators that help partners design, host, and evaluate student placements. AfriHub for Integrated Learning also supports upskilling and reskilling initiatives that align employer needs with higher education programs. Its work engages students, educators, and enterprise leaders in collaborative projects, applied research, and structured work experiences across multiple WIL models such as internships, co-op terms, field placements, and apprenticeships. By coordinating these programs and resources, the organization helps institutions and employers structure practical learning pathways that prepare youth for employment and workforce participation.
