Abilene Education Foundation supports students and educators through scholarships, grants, and targeted educational programs. It administers scholarship funds and application processes to help students continue their education beyond high school. The foundation provides classroom grants that supply teachers with materials, equipment, and activities
to enhance instruction. It operates college and career readiness initiatives, including the COOL Team advisors and COOL PREP, to guide students through financial aid, applications, and college planning. Abilene Education Foundation also manages recognition programs such as Teachers in the Limelight and the Young Masters juried art exhibition to honor educators and student artists. In addition, it partners on publications and events to highlight school district programs and raise funds for student support and stability services.
