This is a significant award that recognises outstanding and perspective innovative technology startups around the world for solutions related to healthcare, communications, improving the quality of life and other important social issues. Last year, the event took place in the wonderful city of Kashiwa in Japan and brought victory to the following
companies: Acumen Research Labs (Singapore), BioCheetah Pte Ltd (Singapore), Cavli Wireless (India). Asian Entrepreneur Award 2020 will be held with the support of such partners as the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Cabinet Office, Government of Japan, Japan Science and Technology Agency and many others. The essence of this award was accurately expressed by the chairman of the Asian Entrepreneurship Award Steering Committee, professor of the University of Tokyo Mr. Kagami: “Startup companies bringing new ideas to the world play a big role for the future”. This year, importance and innovativeness of participants’ technical solutions will be evaluated by representatives of the Division of University Corporate Relations of the University of Tokyo, Mitsui Fudosan company, TX Entrepreneur Partners General Incorporated Association (TEP), The Japan Academic Society for Ventures and Entrepreneurs (JASVE) and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
