Tokyo 2.0 is a bilingual community for web industry professionals in Japan.
Tokyo 2.0 was launched in 2006 and currently has monthly evening meetings with up to 12 presentations and over 200 attendees. The community is made up over 1000 web professionals in Japan.
Tokyo 2.0 facilitates information sharing and networking, gives start-ups a platform to announce their services and bridges the gap between the Japanese and overseas web.
In addition to the offline presence, the Tokyo 2.0 serves as a communication platform for the community and has archives of the live webcasts of each event.
Web professionals from overseas who have an interest in or who are visiting Japan are encouraged to connect with the Tokyo 2.0 community.
