- My clients have spent years building relationships, distribution channels, technical product lines and technical service offerings. When promises are not kept by partners, employees, vendors, service providers disputes threaten the whole business. When employees steal source code, competitors infringe trademarks or for content companies copyrights, litigation may be the only option.
- I do not take litigation lightly but I take it seriously and have been thru ugly fights against large opponents. Past success is never an indication of any future performance but client’s come to me because they want a fighter and an advocate not afraid to fight. Client’s also come to me because while I like to win, I am able to translate what winning means to a client that is affordable and reasonable. I am often wary of those that say “win at all costs” because that is not winning at all.

I litigate primarily in federal court and mediation venues for trademark owners, copyright owners and other proprietary right holders.
