MacCloud & Associates was founded by Steven M Ross and is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Steve has over 25 years of experience in human resources and business operations within the technology, consumer electronics, and video game industries. Prior to founding MacCloud & Associates, he spent 11 years as a member of the senior management team who built Sony’s PlayStation video game business in North America. As Senior Vice President of Operations at Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA), Steve oversaw HR, supply chain/distribution, consumer/customer service, IT, format quality assurance, and facilities/security. In addition, as an officer and member of the SCEA executive team, he participated in the strategic leadership and direction of the company, product positioning within North America and global PlayStation product operations.
