CallPoint New Europe JCS (Joint Stock Company) is an international operator of multilingual call centers created in 2004. Today, the company employs more than 500 people at three locations: Bucharest (Romania); Sofia and Plovdiv (Bulgaria).

CallPoint New Europe develops and offers five categories of services in the call center and contact center industry:

  • Customer Care Support: email management, reservation centers, consumer service, overflow, directory assistance;
  • Business Development: telesales, lead detection, appointment settings;
  • Research: market studies, opinion surveys, satisfaction surveys;
  • Debt collection;
  • Technical support.

CallPoint positions itself as a multilingual contact center which provides multi-channel support (voice, email, chat, back office).

Today, the company offers its services in 15 languages among which the main ones are French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Eastern European languages. CallPoint New Europe is ISO 9000:2001 certified.
