Maps in several additional countries, including Canada, France, India, Germany, and the United Kingdom, as well as a Spanish language version in the United States Yahoo! Maps generates revenues by showing display advertising on the site, as well as running Business Locator advertisements that automatically search for a particular business in the map view.
