TimeDriver

TimeDriver is a Web-based personal appointment scheduler from TimeTrade Systems and is designed for professionals and individuals who regularly invite others to schedule one-on-one professional interactions with them either on the phone or in person. TimeDriver can be used to drive a steady flow of appointments into a user’s Outlook or Google calendar without email or phone tag.

TimeDriver lets users add a self-service scheduling link to Web pages and emails so their customers and colleagues can schedule time with them. Unlike a shared calendar or simple ad hoc meeting scheduler, TimeDriver is an appointment automation system that offers times that fall inside user-defined “availability windows” and do not conflict with other commitments in the user’s calendar. TimeDriver is rules-based and enables users to add images and text to welcome messages as well as custom text to invitation emails. The Web-based solution also manages workflow after the appointment is secured by confirming appointments, sending reminders, gathering relevant information and organizing status of meetings on a dashboard.

Other TimeDriver capabilities include a dashboard that displays access to wizards, recent scheduling activities and availability, and email invitations’ status; the ability to create emails that include a TimeDriver “click here” invitation from Outlook; worldwide time zone support; and the ability to differentiate TimeDriver appointments in an Outlook calendar through color coding.
