Teepin takes on the approach of sharing and managing ideas, so that managers can take real advantage from the knowledge, experience and capabilities of those working for them. Ideas from all employees are to be assessed accordingly to several sorts of parameters and followed-up on their implementation’s gains.
Ideas are debated, voted for and followed, allowing for their concept to mature until they’re implemented. Assessment of ideas is performed having cost and gain as objective criteria and quality, feasibility and priority as subjective ones.
Teepin allows to group employees under any theme, thus giving way to collect ideas aiming the purpose they are created for. Groups’ managers can also set challenges, thus channelling the group towards ideas with more precise goals and with a deadline to meet.
Upon the implementation of an idea, following it up enables to periodically check the actual gain against the forecast one. Thus, the new procedures get consolidated, results are monitored and the innovation circle is complete.
Teepin also features a statistics area that displays graphic charts on everything that’s happening, answering to issues such as: How many ideas have we implemented so far? Which challenges are the most mobilizing? How much have we gained from the ideas we’ve implemented?
Teepin is quite easy to deploy thanks to a setup wizard. After a few minutes everyone can start submiting their ideas on how to improve their practice, the company’s overall performance and heightening customers’ levels of experience and satisfaction.
Teepin has a monthly fee of 1 USD/EUR per user up to 100 (extra users 50 cents) and a minimum of 25 USD/EUR. Teepin is available worldwide through the Internet, in English and Portuguese, for all willing to “innovate from the smallest detail up”.
