ShoppingNotes.com offers shopping bookmark and price alert services. Its homepage allows users to activate price alert on any product by entering a product page URL and an email address.
The website also provides a bookmarklet for users to add to “Favorites” in Internet Explorer or to “Bookmarks” in Firefox. The bookmarklet allows users to save a product into their shoppingnotes with a link, image, price and product description while browsing any shopping sites.
Products saved in a user’s shoppingnotes can be sorted and organized in a variety of ways. Users can create lists, copy/move/delete items, refresh price, or set price alerts on the products in their shoppingnotes. Price alert remains active for a maximum of 30 days, during which time users will be notified for any price changes on the product. Users will receive a reminder when the alerts are expiring (approaching 30 days) and they can renew the alerts with one click.
