RosterBot is a management service for adult and youth athletic teams. RosterBot makes the process of soliciting RSVPs easy by sending out email messages reminding players of upcoming events and handling their replies.

RosterBot can enforce maximum attendance limits and can work to fill gaps using “spare” players to achieve minimum attendance goals, and can be configured to send out reminder emails and RSVP solicitations at any interval.

RosterBot works best when ALL of the players on your team use email to RSVP to scheduled events.
