Residual Manager calculates residuals due to individuals as a direct result of their sales.
The RM was developed for merchant account product and service fees and can allocate residuals through a hierachy of sales agents. For example, an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) can have agents, sub agents and reps that may each share in the residuals generated by the levels below them.
RM operates in a SOA Architecture and can be accessed via the Internet. The solution is brandable for a sales channel to present as their Residual Manager. The system supports infinite levels of participation in any residuals, but is most effective for up to 4 levels.
