ResearchScorecard Inc. is an analytics company focused on characterizing and quantifying scientific expertise, with products in two main areas:
(i) Market analyses and sales lead reports for the Life Sciences market. (ii) Facilitation of scientific collaborations, by helping researchers find and evaluate potential colleagues and staff.
While software exists to track nearly everything imaginable, there are very few tools for finding and inventorying scientific and technical expertise, even though these are among the most commercially valuable types of human expertise. ResearchScorecard fills this findability gap (“expertise finding”) by processing raw data publicly available on the World Wide Web, mostly from government sources.
The Company creates value by applying processes that extract, aggregate, cleanse, standardize and inter-relate these data into a highly integrated database. ResearchScorecard Inc. relies on a combination of know-how, proprietary software and ultra-low cost of goods to protect its market position.
