The RentersQ Record System maintains rental history scores, RentersQ Scores, which rates individual tenants’ rentability factors in real-time, on a scale of 0% - 100%, with scores unfavorable if less than 50%, favorable if greater than 50%, and neutral at 50%. The RentersQ Scores for each individual tenant are based on the tenant’s rental history report and data as reported in the tenant’s RentersQ Record Database.
