SuperAgent analyzes end-to-end application response time without endpoint agents, giving IT organizations visibility into how well the network infrastructure is delivering applications to end users across the enterprise. A key differentiator for SuperAgent is the ability to measure and analyze application response times for all TCP-based user transactions, compare response times against normal baselines, and then automatically investigate the cause of problems as they occur with tools such as filtered packet capture, SNMP polls, and traceroutes. When application performance deviates from automatically generated baselines, SuperAgent notifies IT staff and isolates the problem to the network, server or application for immediate response.
