JIRA Client Lite is a free version of desktop JIRA Client.
It is fully-functional – all the features of the Pro version are included (offline mode, smart search, integrated screen capturing, time tracking, etc.), but works only with 10-user ‘starter’ Atlassian JIRA editions and open-source projects.
