During the companies initial launch phase, InPage focused exclusively on the delivery of its unique between page advertising format the Web. They have subsequently adapted this format to cater for mobile phones and connected deceives, while at the same time adding the ability to synchronize this new format with traditional online advertising.
The company has recently released Version 3 of its InPage Application Server (IAS) software, the latest release includes support for serving Flash, HTML, HTML 5 and Images (GIF, LPG & PNG) via its “InPageAds” between page system. InPage has deployed an auto detection system for this format that determines the visitors browser configuration and automatically delivers the correct ad format.
IAS resides on the websites, web server, effectively expanding ad inventory for the site owner, while at the same time delivering brand impact to advertisers. IAS auto-disables when no ad inventory is available allowing the format to support a wide verity of targeting functionality that includes Geo-targeting, date and time of day and much more.
When combined and synchronized with display advertising ad interaction and click-through rations are significantly higher when compared to the same campaign run without the IAS format.
