InFatâ„¢ is a structured vegetable fat, which mimics mother’s milk main fat fraction in its structure and capacity to increase Ca+2 absorbtion and energy intake. The main TG content is of Palmitic ,Oleic and Linoleic fatty acids, in a special structure, ensuring high concentration of palmitic acid on a specific (middle) location on the TG backbone. This unique compostion results with an increased Calcium and energy intake for the newborn.
