The HTC EVO 4G a smartphone notable for being the first 4G capable phone sold in the US. It became the top-selling launch day phone on Sprint, surpassing the Palm Pre.
It is powered by a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor and runs the Android operating system, version 2.1. It includes a TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen screen, an 8-megapixel camera, which can record 720p video, in the rear and a 1.3 megapixel camera in the front, a kickstand for media viewing, and an HDMI port to connect to an HD TV. The HTC Sense user interface is also included.
