Highrise is a contact management system that empowers its users with performing various business functions with regards to contact management and communication in their internal and external stakeholder liaisons.
It provides its users with the ability of tracking contacts and communicating with them, enabling them to view the status of any deal or relationship, make notes on a meeting, share important emails during negotiation, or share tasks related to any contact or project. The users can also mark information private to them or select team members to assign to.
Highrise also provides features such as customer email maintenance and summarizing; communications review with their investors; checking all the people their company knows at The New York Times and avenues in contacting them; checking all the follow-ups scheduled for a given day or a week; entering notes from a call with a client; reviewing a colleague’s notes before calling his/her contact at the printer; setting reminders to write their clients a thank-you note on a given day; scheduling a follow-up sales call with a lead or client within a given time period; setting a task for a co-worker to review a proposal; and more.
