ProductPulse enables friends to share product recommendations and opinions across the social web. The product aims to make it easy to rate, comment and share opinions on products like fashion, gadgets, video games, food, drink and entertainment. Friends can compare tastes, start a trend with virtually any product, and give gifts or buy product all within the same application. ProductPulse grows and evolves with usage generating a stream of friends’ tastes seen in bulletin posts, news feeds, on profile pages and in notifications. The application also reveals the wisdom of the crowd—most loved, hated, talked about, controversial and trendy.
