Fluent in Finance™ is an online and blended curriculum that teaches financial concepts to non-financial business managers. Business Challenge™ is a competitive multiplayer business simulation which tests learners’ knowledge of financial concepts and is deployed in conjunction with the Fluent in Finance™ course.
In Fluent in Finance™, users learn financial concepts through tutorials and interactive case studies, giving them the opportunity to solve business problems faced by virtual managers and organizations. These case studies force learners to analyze data, apply financial concepts presented in the tutorials, and recommend optimal business solutions. Interactive elements are also present during the tutorials in order to keep the learner engaged throughout the curriculum.
Business Challenge™ is an associated multiplayer business simulation in which individual players manipulate marketing and production tools within a virtual company to maximize profit and create a sustainable business model. Players base decisions on their analysis of financial data available for their companies, thereby testing their knowledge of financial concepts and reinforcing key ideas through experiential learning.
