Once registered, you can create a profile, build a virtual home, create drawings, upload mp3s and videos, and more. You can have multiple “Fake IDs,” which simply represent you in the game. Also, as a resident of one of Faketown’s many towns, you get to vote in the weekly mayoral elections.
Faketown runs on the “fake coin” currency, which can be obtained through the game or by buying it with real world money ($1.00 buys you 100 fake coins). Once you have coins, you can buy items from other users through Faketown auctions.
