Clover Content is a lite-weight content management system that allows users to edit content without installing any software. Clover is a SOA based system, allowing client sites to pull content with a small snippet of code on their site. Clover has client libraries for ASP.Net, PHP and Javascript. The goal of Clover is to make managing a small to medium size website easy.
