Our goal in creating Bizcasts was to design a unique system within one site that would virtually eliminate the need to maintain separate social and professional networking identities.
As a professional networking site, we are redefining the way that Users apply for jobs and Companies hire qualified candidates by combining survey and experience-based performance data. In technical terms, our algorithms weigh a broad array of employment characteristics, and, using predictive analysis, delivers appropriate recommendations. Once a candidate is matched with a potential job, companies can send interviews directly to the User online and Users can accept or decline jobs from the comfort of their homes.
As a social networking site that understands that our Users need to be able to interact with their peers, we have developed a system for users to create profiles with pictures, audio and video streams and have provided them with the ability to write public messages on another user’s message board or communicate privately though inbox messages.
It is our fully customizable privacy settings that allow Users to determine how much or little their private profile information is made available to the public.
Bizcasts provides the opportunity to network both socially and professionally from the convenience of one site.
