Bing is a web search engine that helps people find information stored on other sites. It combines technologies from Farecast and Powerset acquisitions as well as new algorithms and a more colorful page design to attempt to understand the context behind the search which claims to give users better results.
Bing was officially launched by Microsoft on May 28, 2009.
