Bringing and keeping all of your contacts together couldn’t be easier. AddressBookONE offers a real life live solution to your contact problems, with an easy to use single point of control and management.
Connect all of your existing contact systems with AddressBookONE. This is not simply a single initial import of data, but live on-going connections. Each time you login to AddressBookONE, any new contacts or changes made to your other contact systems are imported. So as your external contacts systems change, so will AddressBookONE.
All connections are made via proxy so your login credentials are never exposed to AddressBookONE. Access is controlled by you at all times and can be revoked at anytime via AddressBookONE or each external contact system. Data imported is encrypted for safe and secure transfer offering complete piece of mind.
Control and Manage:
AddressBookONE offers a simple intuitive user interface making the task of managing all of your contacts from a single point of control a simple one.
Contact Merging:
Merging multiple contact records allows you to “layer” data from multiple sources in a single easy to manage contact view, for example, take a contacts Gmail, Facebook, Plaxo, Linkedin data and merge them in to a single data rich contact. All original data sources are maintained and can be viewed as a sub-contact of the merged record. If you change your mind or make a mistake, don’t worry, simply “un-merge” all or part of the merged record. Data source icons enable you to easily see what records have been merged and how each merged record is made up.
Merged records can also be synchronized to your mobile device using the AddressBookONE premium subscription.
Share User Profiles:
Share AddressBookONE contact profiles with other users to ensure everyone has your latest contact details and you have theirs.
Make your contact profile public and let your contacts find you or keep it private and only invite selected users to share. If you mark your contact profile public then other users will only be able to find you by searching on an exact e-mail match. Search results will show profile picture, name and e-mail only. Users will then request to share your contact profile, which you can either accept or quietly deny. Alternatively keep your contact profile private and simply send a share invite to selected users.
Once you are sharing a contact profile it will appear in your main index. You may manage and merge this like any other contact record. When the owner of the contact data makes any changes to it, your record will automatically be updated too. Equally updating your own contact profile will automatically update the records of those you are sharing it with.

Select any of your contacts by Group to synchronize with your device. Transfer all your device contacts to AddressBookONE and manage them along side all of your other contact information. Add, edit and merge contact data and sync all changes to your device, also have changes on your device synchronize back to AddressBookONE. Or simply synchronize your device for a full contact back up and restore.
