Zi Bin Cheah

Zi Bin is a Web Standards advocate for Opera Software and a member of the W3C HTML Working Group. He is the founding chair of the W3C HTML5 Chinese Interest Group.

He is also the author of “Teaching and Learning of Science using the Internet”, published in 2004.
