Zhanna graduated from London School of Economics (external program) with First Class Honours and Award for Academic Achievement. She also studied on summer session at University of California at Berkeley. During her university years, she co-founded Case-Club (the first and largest student society in Russia centered around solving business cases and overall practical business education) and organized all-Russian Business case championships attracting 100 000 applicants.
After graduation Zhanna joined Procter and Gamble as Associate Brand Manager for Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia) where she was responsible for executing big launches and development and optimized of advertising budget. In 2007 she moved to a new position - associate brand manager of CEEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa) where she new product development, business model development amd design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with above-expectations impact on sales and profit.
In 2011 she co-founded Dish.fm (a personal dinning guide for choosing restaurants and dishes, built on unique users's tastes and analysis of millions of reviews).
