A data analyst developer with a history of optimizing advertising and marketing campaigns as well as construction of clustering algorithms for market segmentation. Experience constructing split test systems, web crawlers, and internal data warehouses. Experienced with construction of partially classified information sharing systems between the CIA, FBI, and Sheriffs Offices.
Began programming at 6 and began attending a post secondary institution part time at age 10 completing four double semester courses on introductory and second year programming while attending traditional grade school.
Nominated for coop student of the year during a work term at the University of Waterloo. Multiple “outstanding” work term evaluations, placing him in the top 1% of Waterloo’s work term guidelines.
Worked as the first market intelligence analyst for FreshBooks and helped the team drive conversions.
Left FreshBooks to found a startup that crawled the web collecting information on advertisements, but abandoned the project once an analysis of the data revealed that Chango like systems would make the crawler irrelevant.
