Yves-André Istel Non-Executive Director American, born 1936 Mr. Istel has previously served as Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, Co-Chairman of First Boston International, Chairman of Wasserstein Perella & Co International and Vice Chairman of Rothschild Inc. and is currently a member of the board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA. He is Senior Advisor to Rothschild Inc. and serves as a board member and committee member for a broad range of international institutions and foundations. He is a member of the Economic Club of New York and the Bretton Woods Committee.
