Yoav Hineman is a Director at Magnolia Capital. He has over six years of Wall Street experience as both a technology investment banker and equity research analyst. Prior to joining Magnolia, Yoav spent two years covering 16 infrastructure software companies at SG Cowen & Co. Before that, he spent four years with SoundView Technology Group’s investment banking team, where he was responsible for executing IPOs and follow-on equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private placement transactions for technology companies.
