Yaron Moradi is the founder of magnetU. Yaron thought the “passion†of people to be popular, the various social, business and personal desires of users in social networking and the many type of opportunities we can have with the people around us every day, in the real-world, shall be turned into one service. magnetU was founded to let people ‘wear’ their social desires and raise their popularity with people they like in the real world, by way of creating dynamic social proximity networks and turning our social desires into a six sense.
Back in end of 2009 Yaron thought it was time to turn his magnetU dream into a reality and a cross-disciplinary team working from Yaron’s basement revealed the first magnetU version in May 2010.
Yaron is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for magnetU and leads the company business and marketing strategy.
Earlier in life, Yaron participated in the acquisition of brightcom by Flextronics and was appointed as the General Manager of Flextronics Short Range Wireless developing and marketing a USB mobile printing product and wireless technology to the mass.
