Yan Pritzker is the CEO of Planypus where he sets the company strategy and leads the software development. He is also a lead developer of Elastic Server On Demand (http://elasticserver.com).
Yan started in the software industry in the late 90’s, working for several startups, the last of which was G2 Switchworks, a company started by the same people who started Orbitz. Prior to that, Yan was an IBM Extreme Blue intern and started and ran the OpenQubit opensource quantum simulator project.
Yan holds an B.E. in Computer Science and B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
