Dr. Xuehai Tan obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Medical College of Ohio in 1990. He then served as a postdoctoral research fellow and later a research assistant professor in the Biochemistry Department of the University of Washington. In 1993, he became a scientist at Baxter Biotech. In 1995, Dr. Tan joined the Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Department and served as a senior scientist.
