Working as ScrumMaster at FriendScout24 he is interested in Agile Methods, Kanban, Agile Development, History, Muay-Thai and Technology.
Starting his apprenticeship at 42media group as a developer, he learned coding in C#. Trying a lot different stuff he was directed to Scrum by his boss and friend Matthias Wagner. Together they started to use Scrum in the development team, Wolfgang in the role of the ScrumMaster. Becoming a Certified ScrumMaster in June 2008.
In the beginning of 2009 he became the head of the Network Operations Center(NOC) and support department. There he was responsible for the administration of the Oxygen Media Platform server farm and the in-house servers. Additionally he was responsible for the support of the digital signage solution Oxygen Media Platform.
In October 2009, 42media group started Oxygen.next a webservice based on Oxygen, where Wolfgang became the official community manager of Oxygen.next.
At the same time he decided to again become a ScrumMaster. Not working as a ScrumMaster for over year he decided to start a blog, attend usergroups and show more presence in the agile community. Turns out it was a good plan, having the first job offer already in march 2010. Sadly everything since the offer was moving very slow so he had to wait until October to work as a ScrumMaster again.
