William Beaver, Jr. has served as our Vice President and General Counsel since August 2005. From January 2005 to August 2005, he served as a consultant to us. From 1980 to August 2005, he practiced law with Karr Tuttle Campbell, a private law firm. Mr. Beaver holds a B.S. degree in Ichthyology from the University of Michigan and a J.D. degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
