William E. Rurode, based in Boston, is executive vice president and head of east coast business development.
Bill joined SaaS Capital after spending over 27 years with Bank of America and its predecessor banks, (FleetBoston, Fleet and Bank of New England). Arrow During the past 15 years Bill focused on the Technology Industry, most recently as part of Bank of America Securities’ Corporate & Investment Banking Division and prior to the merger with Bank of America, he ran the Technology Banking Group for FleetBoston Financial. He has worked with technology companies from early stage to large cap, and has a track record of growing businesses. Under Bill’s direction Fleet’s technology group grew to and became a nationally recognized leader in the technology sector.
At SaaS Capital, Bill will focus on building the company’s East Coast presence and expand the unique financing solutions SaaS Capital is able to provide growing SaaS software companies.
Bill received his BS in business administration from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and is a Registered General Securities Representative
