Prior to cofounding Three Arch Partners, Wilf was a general partner at Schroder Ventures. Wilf began his medical career in private practice. He was subsequently recruited by Chec Medical, a venture capital backed ambulatory care startup in Seattle. Later, in 1989, following business school, he began venture investing with Phoenix Partners. He has since been an active early stage investor in numerous successful biotechnology, healthcare service, and medical device companies. He has served on the boards of many private and public healthcare companies.
