As a pioneer in the child protection of South Africa, Wayne Poswell created and developed the first rapid response assistance unit for children in crisis and in need of protection and help. Mr. Poswell built an effective team of professional volunteers whom worked and trained together alongside the South African Police Services and local emergency and crisis centers. The team was funded by local and national companies who Mr.Poswell gained their assistance with tactical fund raising projects and community incentives. In his time as head of the Child Protection Unit, Mr. Poswell is accredited with the recovery and return of stolen children, the removal of children to safe houses from abusive parents, assisting children of all color and race to receive a higher quality of life in a safe protective surrounding. Mr. Poswell a dynamic thinker with high energy and the ability to get things done challenged the government systems and brought about change for the children in need.
