Vlad Gyster

Vlad Gyster is the Founder and CEO of H Engage. Vlad spent five years as a Consultant at Towers Watson (a global management consulting firm) helping clients understand and utilize innovative technologies to achieve HR priorities. In 2007 Vlad created Towers Watson’s social media consulting service and served as the firm’s subject matter expert on emerging technologies, with a particular focus on wellness. During his time with TW, Vlad helped a diverse set of clients understand and deploy emerging technologies, including 3M, American Express, Johnson & Johnson, and ARAMARK. For MasterCard, Vlad was responsible for managing and executing product development activities, focusing on employee wellness and healthcare reform. Vlad’s other areas of practice included executing organizational assessments and re-designs, leading health & welfare benefits administration outsourcing vendor selections, and general benefits consulting
