Vipul Ved Prakash

Prakash is the creator of “Vipul’s Razor”, one of the first real-time, collaborative filtering systems to operate at Internet scale. He co-founded Cloudmark - where he led the R&D team. Vipul is a well known Perl programmer and author of several popular modules on CPAN.
