Vince was a spokesman for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, serving as chief deputy press secretary. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Corporate Communications and External Affairs at PayPal, where he directed public, investor and government relations from the launch of the company’s service, through an initial and secondary public offering, until its acquisition by eBay three years later. He also has served as communications director to a United States Senator, a Congressman, and the U.S. House Select Committee on Homeland Security.
