Vikas Khanna is a entrepreneur and angel investor based in Silicon Valley, USA.

An accomplished executive with years hands-on domestic and international experience in business operations, technology, and off-shoring. Vikas was a founding team member of NextWeb, Inc., a Wireless Internet Service Provider. At NextWeb, was tasked with leading the technology strategy for the company. During his tenure, NextWeb grew to dominate its market segment, achieve national recognition as an Inc 500 (#104 in 2005) company, and delivered a successful exit with the acquisition by Covad Communications in February 2006. At Covad, Vikas continued to serve as the Vice President of Technology before departing in 2010.

Currently, Vikas holds the title of Founder & Managing Partner for Zoovee Ventures - a micro-investment angel firm focused on early stage tech companies. In addition, Vikas also serves on advisory boards for venture capital, Internet, and non-profit organizations in Silicon Valley.
