Vijay has extensive technology, business operations management and customer-facing experience. He had very successful stints at technology companies such as Microsoft and Infosys. At Microsoft, Vijay grew an IT business unit from 1 to 250+ people size in 2 years. At Kenexa (NASDAQ:KNXA), as the VP of Engineering, Vijay managed and grew the product development center from 100 to 180+ in 9 months. At Infosys, Vijay was instrumental in delivering cutting edge technology solutions to Fortune-500 companies. Vijay was also instrumental in a couple of successful M& A deals; the largest was a $110 million acquisition where he led the technology due diligence team.
